Day 2 - 77.8kg

So I weigh a bit less than I thought. Yay!

 I woke up today with a plan. Had an eggy for breakfast and a nectarine at work. Made a big delicous salad for lunch which im hoping will keep me going for the rest of the day. It has fresh chilli, baby spinich, rockett, capsicum, onion, apple, pine nuts, tuna and carrott all chopped up. hoping to  just have some fruit for dinner as I am planning on having a few drinks tonight and will be pretty busy. Might convince people to go dancing with me somewhere to burn off a few calories. Dinner is proving my hardest obsticle as I tend to snack while I cook my boyfriend dinner. Might try sucking on a sugarfree cough drop or something around that time to avoid demolishing anything that is leftover or looks yummy.

Day One - About 79kg

So this is the first day of my journey into weightloss, its and exciting time and I hope that I can keep motivated as I have failed to in the past. I think the funniest thing I have done in my attempt to lose weight was join an weight loss group for the elderly where we wore scarves and sewed buttons on them when we lost weight. It was cute, but I think I got tired of spending my friday nights with old ladies (I’m 22). I have to stop making excuses for my weight gain. It probably isnt really my boyfriends fault I have gotten fat and this city isn’t too cold to exercise in.

 So… today I got up and accidently skipped breakfast because I was late to work, but I ate a nectarine as soon as I got in. Had a sugarless coffee mid morning and threw out the biscuit that I had impulsively bit into. Demolished my prepacked salad, which was delish. I made my own wholegrain mustard vinnigarette and included some pine nuts instead of the usual olive, fetta and sundried tomato combination that I am obsessed with. Still hungry though. Determined to go to the gym tonight for some much needed cardio. I think getting back into the swing of exercising is going to be a tough one but I will prevail!
